I’m Emily, your local friend and curator. I invite you to step out of the tourist traps and into the real Nice. 

 

For me, life is best enjoyed slowly. If I am not lost in a good book, you will likely find me capturing the perfect Riviera light with my camera, sharing a meal with loved ones, or wandering through the historic streets of Nice. With a background in interior decoration, I have always had an eye for detail, beauty, and the art of creating welcoming spaces.
 

My journey with teaching French started organically during my travels abroad. I realized that the best way to learn a language wasn't through a textbook, but through casual, fun, and genuine conversations.
 

When I returned to Nice, I opened my home for a full year to students from all over the world—from Japan and Scandinavia to Italy and the US. Guiding them through their French journey and welcoming them into my world was an absolute delight.
 

After a brief professional detour through the bustling energy of Paris and Lyon, the call of the South was too strong. I missed my friends, the slow-paced lifestyle, and above all, the incomparable light of the Riviera.

 

Today, "A Nice Conversation" is my way of sharing the Nice I love with you. I am an epicurean, a lover of literature, poetryand deeply curious about culture. My goal is to be your local friend and guide—helping you unlock your French while discovering the authentic flavor, history, and secret corners of this beautiful city. 

Nice is not just a destination; it is a conversation.
